Question: What are stem files?

Answer: Stem Files are for advanced audio users to create custom mixes using ProTools®, Logic®, Garage Band®, Ableton®, or other multi-track software applications.

With the purchase of the stem file tracks, a church choir can make their own custom track just for their needs.

Here is just one example of the many possibilities: a church has a live rhythm section (pianist, drummer, guitar players) - however, they do not have an orchestra. By having access to the studio multitrack stem files, your church can now use your live rhythm section players along with the recorded studio orchestra!

Master Lease License

A Master Lease License from Peck Music Publishing gives legal permission to use our copyright protected soundtrack for a recording.

A traditional purchase of a soundtrack only gives permission to use the soundtrack for live performance purposes, not for use on a recording.

A downloadable partially executed Master Lease License is immediately available after purchase is complete.

In addition to the Master Lease License, a copy of the actual soundtrack will still need to be purchased from our store.

If you are simply posting your church services online, then you will not need our Master Lease License; provided you already have the appropriate CCLI license in place and you log the use of our song with CCLI.
