Master Lease License

A Master Lease License from Peck Music Publishing gives legal permission to use our copyright protected soundtrack for a recording.

A traditional purchase of a soundtrack only gives permission to use the soundtrack for live performance purposes, not for use on a recording.

A downloadable partially executed Master Lease License is immediately available after purchase is complete.

In addition to the Master Lease License, a copy of the actual soundtrack will still need to be purchased from our store.

If you are simply posting your church services online, then you will not need our Master Lease License. However, if your church has an appropriate CCLI license in place, please take time to log the use of our song with CCLI. If your church is not affiliated with CCLI, then go ahead and feel free to post our song online without buying this Master Lease License. We do not want to hinder church services from reaching shut-ins, etc.

In short, we do not ask you to purchase a Master Lease License unless someone (individual, group, choir) is using our pre-recorded track as a backing track with someone else’s vocals added for use on a recording project that will be sold (retail sale).
